Ayco accepting responses for 19th
Biennial Executive Benefits Survey

Update 02.01.2019 2 MIN READ

Ayco's Biennial Executive Benefits Survey 2019 is now open for responses.

This survey does not request information about executive compensation plans, such as deferred compensation plans, SERPs or long-term incentive award plans. Instead, it focuses on select executive perquisites and several voluntary broad-based benefits, as well as each organization's tax reporting practices for the executive benefits.

Ayco asks participants to separate their benefit offerings into three categories of executives – the CEO, Senior Executives and other Executives. Each organization is left to make their own delineations. Information provided regarding company policies and practices will be kept strictly confidential.

More than 300 companies responded to the 2017 survey, including companies across the Fortune 1000. However, the data necessary for the final report comes from companies both large and small, public and private. All companies are invited to respond.

Participants will receive a complimentary copy of the survey results in summer 2019, followed by a release to the public in the fall.

Survey responses are requested by April 1, 2019.
